I had my placement at the Dallingtons both House and Lodge over the last 6 weeks and have thoroughly enjoyed it. I have been greatly supported by all members of staff and everyone has been so willing and happy to teach me. All staff provide amazing care to the service users and I’m so very grateful to have learnt a lot here.

Communication between management and staff - I think things often get misinterpreted or misunderstood.
